5.1 Data controller

The data controller is Anis Salem (Prestigo Chauffeur), reachable at contact@prestigo-chauffeur.com. No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed: the data controller is your point of contact for any question regarding your data.

5.2 Data collected

Depending on your request, we collect: your identity (name), your contact details (email, phone), the pick-up and drop-off addresses, the date and time of the trip, your flight number where relevant, the content of your exchanges with us, your billing data, and browsing data (see cookies).

5.3 Purposes and legal bases

• Handling your quote requests and reservations and performing the trip — pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract.
• Issuing and keeping invoices — legal obligation (accounting and tax).
• Contacting you about your reservation — performance of the contract.
• Sending you commercial offers where applicable — your consent.
• Measuring audience and serving advertising — your consent (cookies).

5.4 Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It may be processed, on our behalf, by the following providers:

• Vercel (United States) — website hosting.
• Resend (United States) — sending emails (confirmation, quotes).
• Google (United States) — route calculation and, subject to your consent, audience measurement (GA4) and advertising (Google Ads).
• Meta (United States) — subject to your consent, advertising conversion measurement.
• Umami — anonymous audience measurement (self-hosted, European Union).
• Our secure management and storage infrastructure for files, quotes and invoices (European Union).

5.5 International transfers

Some providers (Vercel, Resend, Google, Meta) are located in the United States. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards: European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and/or certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5.6 Retention periods

• Reservation data and invoices: 10 years (accounting and tax obligation).
• Prospects without a reservation: 3 years from the last contact.
• Cookies: per the retention period of each tracker (see section 6).

5.7 Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to contact@prestigo-chauffeur.com. We respond within one month.

5.8 Complaint

6. Cookies & trackers (DMA / Consent Mode v2)

In compliance with the Digital Markets Act (DMA, March 2024) and GDPR, we use Google Consent Mode v2: no analytics or advertising cookie is set before your explicit consent through the cookie banner.

Third-party services that may be activated after consent:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — anonymized audience measurement. Retention: 14 months.
• Google Tag Manager (GTM) — tag orchestration. Retention: per activated services.
• Umami — privacy-first analytics. Retention: 24 months, anonymized data.
