Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Prestigo Chauffeur, every booking is confirmed at a fixed price. The tiers below apply to any cancellation made by the client, calculated against the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellation tiers
More than 72 hours before pickup
Free cancellation: full refund (100% of the amount, deposit included).
Between 12 and 72 hours before pickup
The deposit is non-refundable. Any balance already paid is refunded in full.
Less than 12 hours before pickup
50% of the total fare remains due.
Booking changes
You can change the date, time or route at no charge up to 72 hours before pickup, subject to availability. After that we will do our best to accommodate you; please contact us directly as early as possible.
Cancellation by Prestigo Chauffeur
In the rare event that we have to cancel your ride (unavailability, force majeure), you are refunded in full, deposit included, and we offer a replacement solution wherever possible.
No-show & waiting time
- Airport transfer: up to 45 minutes of free waiting after landing.
- Other pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting.
- If the client is absent beyond this window with no contact, the ride is treated as a no-show and 50% of the amount remains due.
